Amir from ?, United StatesAwesome shot with beautiful fall colors. I hate fall but I love it's color. 4 Oct 2007 4:17pm @Amir: Excellent Amir thank you for your comment. Illuci from NetherlandsA top photograph! The fallen leaves makes the ground seem covered with kind of velvet, the leaves in the trees are quite sharp, there must have been almost no wind. The composition: only three trees, standing on a slightly sloping hill inthe left half of the picture, counterbalanced by their shadow on the right half. Pièce de résistance: the awesome combination (harmony, not contrast) of light blue with golden yellow. Splendid, autumn in paradise! 4 Oct 2007 6:51pm @Illuci: Illuci thank you for your excellent comment.I'm glad you like it. Richard_Irwin from Belper, United KingdomGreat shot, really well made, it looks so good its almost unreal - like a painting - I love the clarity and details. 4 Oct 2007 9:06pm @Richard_Irwin: Thank you Richard for your comment. Ihad thought about it as a painting when I first saw this. @LuisRodrigues: Thanks LuisRodrigues ! Shar from Regina, SK, CanadaWonderful image...good use of threes and thirds, great color and exposure! 5 Oct 2007 12:39am @Shar: Thanks Shar! Mandy from Johannesburg, South AfricaYou make Landscapes look so easy Morris! Hat's off to you. 5 Oct 2007 4:43pm @Mandy: Wow ! Thank you Mandy you are so kind. :) Daroru from Amagasaki, JapanThere's great contrast with the colours here. And wonderful light. The perfect smoothness of the hill gives it a slightly 'unreal' feel. 9 Oct 2007 3:23pm @Daroru: Thank you Daroru for your comment. |
