Took a long hike along Lake Superior shoreline with Jay. Climbing snow banks, ice walls, giant rocks and slippery slopes. Fun times!

This is a beautiful view. Lovely elements such as the icicles and vapour rising off the lake, and I like the shaded areas to the right contrasting with the bright daylight.

I remember digging my OWN gold while you were shooting this one. It's so much fun to get lost in the eyepiece and spending ten-twenty minutes getting what you just KNOW is there. Nice to finally see what YOU were seeing at that time.
