Other Worlds

Posted by Morris J Chisholm - Photographer (Thunder Bay, Canada) on 31 January 2008 in Landscape & Rural.

View across the frozen Lake Superior at Squaw Island yesterday morning at sunrise. The ice made sounds like smashing plate glass windows as I walked across it.
My friends Jay, Paul and myself ventured out into the bitter morning air before sunrise. (about -55C at the Lake with the windchill) Shortly after we all ran to the car and headed to Calico Cafe for hot chocalate.
